Purpose: To allow you to participate in interactive features of our website when you choose to do so. To collect statistical analysis, research and profiling based on browsing and content interests, or other valuable information to enable us to improve our website and service. Purpose: To manage the application of the person interested in opening a franchise.

Purpose: Sending of commercial communications by electronic or postal means. 

Legal basis: Consent. 

Retention periods: The personal data you provide will be retained as long as you do not request to unsubscribe. 

2.10 Video surveillance

Data: Your image. 

Purpose: To ensure the security of persons, property and facilities. 

Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the data controller. 

Retention periods: Personal data collected through the video surveillance system will be retained 30 days from the collection of the images, unless a longer period is established by legal regulation.

3.- Recipients of personal data

3.1. Communication of data.

The personal data processed are only communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or when we have your express consent.

3.2. Processors.

COOSY may share your personal data with third party partners who will process them on behalf of our company, as a result of the provision of services that binds us. COOSY, in line with the principle of responsibility contained in the RGPD, undertakes to enter into appropriate data processing contracts with suppliers. 

Specifically, COOSY will contract the provision of services by third party providers who carry out their activity, by way of example and not limited to, in the following sectors: logistics services, financial institutions, multidisciplinary professional services companies, technology service providers, instant messaging service providers, and call center service companies.

COOSY will not share your information with third parties that are located in countries outside the EEA that do not have adequacy decisions from the European Commission or that do not provide adequate safeguards for data transfer.
