WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
The deadline for any return or exchange of an item purchased at www.coosy.es is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
Coosy reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received. In this case, the products will be sent back to the recipient freight collect with no refund.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
Not to exceed the maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
The garment must be in its original labeling and in the same shipping conditions. Items must be returned new, unworn and with the original tags attached.
Exchanges and returns of earrings are not accepted due to hygiene issues. In case of PARTY ITEMS, returns are admitted but with special conditions. The refund will be made in the form of credit to your Coosy account.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
We want to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible.
To send us the product you have 3 options:
1. Deliver the product in COOSY stores
You can go to any of the following COOSY stores: Almeria, Bilbao, Cordoba, Granada, Las Palmas, Madrid, Pontevedra, Santander, Seville, Valladolid, Valencia, Vigo and Zaragoza. You can make a return or request a change of size or color. We will take care of sending the garment to the online sales department, who will review it and will process the return or exchange.
2. Sending the garments on your own
You can send us the garments to: Coosy Headquarters / Returns Department c/ Miguel Yuste 16 1ºAB. 28037 MADRID The costs of exchanges and / or returns are borne by the customer, so Coosy not accept any item cash on delivery. Remember that the item is under your responsibility until receipt at our offices, so we recommend sending the garment by registered mail or by courier.
HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
In case you want to make a change of size or color you must send us the order to our central office indicating inside the package the size change you want to make. As a recommendation, please attach your purchase invoice inside the package.
To send us the product you have 2 options:
1. Deliver the product in COOSY stores
You can go to any of the following COOSY stores: Bilbao, Cordoba, Las Palmas, Madrid, Pontevedra, Santander, Seville, Valladolid, Valencia, Vigo and Zaragoza.
2. Sending the garments on your own.
You can send us the garments to: Coosy Headquarters / Returns Department c/ Miguel Yuste 16 1ºAB. 28037 MADRID We will do everything possible to make the exchange, in the case of not being possible, we will generate the return of the garment. If you prefer to change your garment for another model, you will have to return the item and place a new order.
If you buy a party item through www.coosy.es you will be able to change the size and/or color of the garment in question. If you finally do not want to keep the chosen garment, the refund will be made with a credit balance available in your user profile.
No refunds are given for party items.
In each product card, in its web description, it is clearly specified if it is a party garment.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We do not accept returns and exchanges of earrings for hygiene reasons. In case of PARTY ITEMS, returns are allowed but with special conditions. The refund will be made in the form of a credit to your Coosy account.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY REFUND?
Once we receive the item in our offices and after the necessary checks we will send you an email to inform you of receipt. The deadline for reimbursement can range between 3 and 12 working days after we receive your return in our warehouse. The credit will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in any case.
In the case of payment by bank transfer we will need your IBAN code to make the refund. In case of PARTY ITEMS, returns are accepted but with special conditions. The refund will be made in the form of a credit balance in your Coosy account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If you have received by mistake a different item than the one you purchased, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible to [email protected].
We will ship the correct item as soon as possible and we will pick up the item sent in error.
In Coosy we strive to review each order and each item shipped, if exceptionally you have received a defective garment contact us immediately by email to be recorded in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the package attaching a picture of the defect or defect. After this period no claim for tare will be accepted, being able to reject the item for return.
