Customer: Any natural person, of legal age, who wishes to purchase items that are offered by the VENDOR through this page.
Product: Clothing, footwear, fashion accessories such as handbags, bracelets, pendants and similar, and decorative products.
2. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION.
The purpose of these General Conditions of contracting and use of this page is to regulate the availability of the information provided in the VENDOR's online store, as well as to guide the user through the whole process of purchasing products.
The contracting shall be carried out in Spanish language.
3. IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES.

10. METHOD OF PAYMENT.
You can pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

The item is your full responsibility until it arrives at our office, so we recommend that you send the garment by registered mail or courier keeping the receipt until we receive it. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, as well as with all its accessories and tags. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for garments that do not meet these conditions or have been used. All garments will be inspected upon receipt.
The cost of return and exchange, are borne by the customer, Coosy is not responsible for customs charges, except in the case of return for defects. Coosy will not accept any item cash on delivery.
If the garment has a defect or there has been an error with the shipment, after checking, we will proceed to collect the garment in question and will send a new garment of the same or similar conditions, if we do not have stock of that product for replacement will be refunded the order in full.
Coosy will not accept exchanges, returns or claims of garments previously modified by the customer.
Coosy offers you the possibility to pick up the returns at your home (service not available for exchanges) Price: 6 € * to be deducted from the amount of the return.

IMPORTANT:We do not accept exchanges and returns of earrings for hygiene reasons. Party items, marked as such in their product description, will be returned with an online balance available without expiration in the customer's profile.
In case of withdrawal by you, we will refund the amount of the product without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you tell us otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which you want us to make the refund. You will not incur any charges as a result of the refund. COOSY offers warranties on the products we sell through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, responding, therefore, for lack of conformity of the same that are manifested in a period of two years from delivery of the product.
It is understood that the products are in conformity with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended and (iii) they present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.
