IX. "A Trip to Rome" Draw

The organizer of this prize draw is COOSYSHOP SLU, with registered office at Calle Oliva, 31, 36001 Pontevedra, Spain, hereinafter “Coosy”. To celebrate the launch of its “La Dolce Vita” campaign, Coosy is holding a promotional prize draw with a trip for two to Rome as the prize, subject to the terms and conditions described herein.

The draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over, legally residing in Spain, and with a real and active Instagram profile. Employees of the organizing company, direct collaborators involved in the promotion, and any fraudulent profiles, bots, or accounts created solely for the purpose of participating in contests are excluded. The organizers reserve the right to verify the winner's identity and the validity of the entries.

The entry period will begin on the day the giveaway is published on the official @coosy Instagram account and will end on March 2nd at 10:00 AM (Spanish Peninsula Time). Entries received after this deadline will not be accepted. The winner will be announced on March 2nd both in the giveaway post and in the brand's official Instagram stories.

To participate, you must follow the official Instagram account @coosyofficial, like the giveaway post, tag two friends in the comments (unlimited comments allowed), and share the post in your stories, mentioning the brand. Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The prize consists of two round-trip plane tickets to Rome for two people and two nights' accommodation for two people in a hotel selected by the organizers. Flight bookings will be handled directly by Coosy, and the hotel will be determined by the organizers based on availability and conditions at the time of booking.

Departure must be from a Spanish mainland airport. The winner must request the dates at least three months in advance and will have a maximum of one year from the date of the draw to enjoy the trip. The prize is not valid during Easter week, national holidays, long weekends, December, July, or August. Both flights and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking, and the organizers may limit certain days of the week due to availability or financial viability. The prize includes flights up to a maximum amount set by the organizers, and if the cost exceeds this amount, the winner may pay the difference if they wish to keep the selected dates. Once the dates are confirmed and the tickets issued, no changes or cancellations will be permitted. The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

The prize does not include transfers, meals, travel insurance, personal expenses, or any other service not expressly specified in these terms and conditions. Coosy is not responsible for flight cancellations or changes by the airline, force majeure, incidents beyond the organization's control during the trip, or problems arising from the winner's personal documentation.

The winner will be selected randomly using a certified digital tool from all valid participants. Coosy will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram, and if no response is received within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by COOSYSHOP SLU exclusively for the purpose of managing the draw and contacting the winner, and participants may exercise the rights recognized in current regulations by means of a written request to the company's registered office.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram in any way, and Instagram is therefore completely exempt from any liability arising from it. Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway for justifiable reasons.
