Participation in each giveaway generally requires following @coosyofficial and the indicated Partner Brand, mentioning two users in the comments of the giveaway post (multiple comments are allowed and will count as separate entries), and liking and saving the post. Participation is free and limited to individuals over 18 years of age residing in Spain. Once the deadline indicated in each post has passed, COOSY will select the winner through a random procedure from among the valid entries. The result will be communicated exclusively through the post itself and the Stories on COOSY's official profile. No other means or accounts will be used to request personal information, and COOSY will be exempt from any liability arising from fraudulent communications made by third parties. The prizes described in each draw are personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for their cash value or other goods or services. Any personal data that winners may be required to provide will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the delivery of the prize in accordance with current data protection regulations.
