- 0€ – 210€ : You accumulate 3% of the value of your purchase.

We answer your questions
Yes, for all of them! However, discounted items, amounts paid with previous points, and shipping costs are excluded. Please note that points are always assigned to the user who makes the purchase, so if you receive a gift from another member, you do not accumulate points for it.
How can I check my points?You can check all the information in your customer area in Coosy Shop. For example, from the MY POINTS or MY VOUCHERS section. You can also check your points from the shopping cart in the section “HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE? CLICK HERE”. Coosy physical stores can also provide you with this information.
The points you receive for your purchase are valid for 6 months. The period for using them begins when you complete your purchase.
When you return an item to Coosy, the points you received for the item you returned will be deducted.
Points received on a purchase may take 24-48 hours to be updated in the account. If time has passed and your points have not been loaded, please contact Customer Service.
All countries to which we manage shipments are included to enjoy the club.
To unsubscribe from the Club, you must deactivate your account on Coosy. If you do so, you will lose your points and will not be able to recover them in the future.
You can use your accumulated points both in physical stores and online purchases. In stores, you just have to indicate it at the time of checkout. In online purchases, you will see the amount that you can deduct from your accumulated points at the time of completing the purchase.
Join the club for free by creating your account at Coosy Shop or at any of our physical Coosy stores by filling out the registration form. You will need to accept both the privacy policy and receive commercial information so you don't miss out on any of the benefits.
