Yes, Coosy offers refunds. You may have read somewhere that Coosy doesn't offer refunds, but that's not true. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within the established timeframe and we'll refund you using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

We always recommend that our customers buy the size they normally wear. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing a larger size. It is important to note that depending on the type of fabric and the pattern of the model, the sizing of our garments may vary.

  3. You can add more products by selecting “continue shopping” or complete the purchase by clicking “checkout”.

  6. If you have a voucher, enter the code in the “promotional code” section and click “add”.

We have several payment methods for online purchases: Amazon Pay, Bank transfer, PayPal, Payment by card (Visa and Mastercard), Bizum.

In any case, once the order leaves our central warehouse you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time.

Orders placed after midnight will be prepared the following day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prepared the following business day.

During special periods (promotions or sales) delivery times may be affected. Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse in Madrid, so city holidays will affect delivery times.

In the exceptional case that we do not have a product from your order, we will inform you of this situation and refund you the proportional part of the order.

Once the order has arrived at the selected store, you have a period of 10 calendar days to collect your purchase. After this time, the order can be returned to the warehouse and the corresponding refund can be made.

No, vouchers do not expire.

Yes, online return vouchers can be used in our Coosy stores in Bilbao, Córdoba, Granada, Almería, Alicante, Albacete, Las Palmas, Madrid, Oviedo, Pamplona, ​​Pontevedra, Salamanca, Santander, Seville, Valladolid, Valencia, Vigo and Zaragoza.

If you have a voucher generated in store (except Coosy Murcia) you can use it online without any problem.

The items available in our outlet section are only available in our online store.

No, having an item in your cart does not guarantee its reservation or availability. There are items with limited availability that may sell out before you complete your purchase.

At Coosy, we inspect every item we send to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@coosy.es , attaching a photo of the item and your order details.

Each case will be evaluated by the corresponding department.

If you wish to return any item purchased on our website www.coosy.es, please register your request through our returns portal, which you can access by clicking here.

You only need to enter your order number and email address, select the item you want to return, and follow the indicated steps.

Please note that if you refuse to accept your order and customs fees apply, these will be deducted from the refund amount, which will be made using the same payment method.

Coosy is not responsible for any customs charges, so the customer must be responsible for the amounts requested to release the package for both shipping and returns or exchange requests.

In the event that the delivery is not accepted, is refused, or the order is returned to Spain, Coosy will deduct the applicable customs charges from the corresponding refund.
